Due To The High Demand Of Dyed Mulches It Is Wet. Dyed Mulches Require 12-24 Hours Of Sun Drying Time Before Becoming Permanent. Some Color May Wash Due To Rain Or Watering If It Has Not Been Allowed Adequate Time To Dry. Make Sure Mulch Gets Its Sun Drying Time After Spreading And Before Watering. Once It Gets Its First Dry Time The Color Will Last Up To 6 Months Or So Depending On The Amount Of Sunlight It Receives. Use At Own Risk And Judgement.
Apply mulch in a 2-3 inch thick layer around but not on top of your plants. Don’t pile against tems or trunks. Doing so will block air circulation.
Pine Bark - 100% bark of pine woods. Mix between shredded and chunky
Premium Hardwood Bark - 100% bark of hardwoods. Fine and locks together
Triple Shredded - shredded 3x made from hardwoods
Double Shredded - shredded twice made from hardwoods
Colored Mulches - premium dyes added to double shredded. Coloring will last twice as long. The dye is non toxic
Topsoil - comes from the first several inches of the ground. Many uses filling in low areas or enriching a planting area or lawn
LeafGro - a soil amendment used extensively in gardens and lawns. Made up of leaves and grass clippings. Uses include establishing and top dressing lawns, plantings, trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and vegetables
Fill Dirt - unscreened dirt that comes from digging pools or foundations. Good for filling in holes
Playmat - is a playground material made of wood. It is in compliance with ASTM F 1951-99 “wheelchair accessibility” and ASTM F 1292-99 “standard head impact attenuation for use under and around playground equipment”
Woodchips - ¾ to 2.5 inches wide. Used for cover for wooded areas or walking paths
