Delivery off driveway can be possible but the customer needs to be home during delivery and the customer assumes all responsibility for off road delivery.
Key factors for off road delivery. Dry & clear of trees / overhead wires / underground concerns.
It is drivers discretion when delivering off road and that decision will be made during time of delivery. A second dumping location is always needed.
If a delivery is not completed due to dumping location the delivery fee will still be charged.
We will not drive on new pavement or asphalt due to weight of truck and the application not being cured.
